Proposed General Plan Amendment at 555 Winchester Boulevard Community Meeting. Project #GP18-014, PDC18-037, PD19-019, & PT19-023

Project File Nos. GP18-014, PDC18-037, PD19-019, & PT19-023 General Plan Amendment to change the Land Use Designation from RN Residential Neighborhood to UR Urban Residential; a Planned Development Rezoning from the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to the R-M(PD) Planned Development Zoning District; a Planned Development Permit to allow a mobile home park conversion and the construction of 688 residential units; and a Vesting Tentative Map to subdivide from 1 lot to 64 lots on an approximately 15.69-gross acre site. Purpose: To describe the proposed project, planning process, and obtain community input on the project. Additionally, this meeting is conducted in partnership with the Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services to gain feedback on the future park included in this project. This will be the first of three park design community meetings and will be focused on recreational opportunities and site constraints.
