Engaging communities in social change is a long-held tradition in our society. Over the years, community-service traditions such as serving meals and building homes have evolved, and social responsibility has expanded to include creating technology solutions to address social problems on a global scale. Join Seth Marbin of Google, Barry Stenger of St. Anthony’s Foundation and Marnie Webb of TechSoup Global as they discuss how this evolution is impacting the future of social change and responsibility.

If you choose to volunteer, please note the following:
1.)Volunteers will team up with homeless or formerly homeless guides, drive around designated areas of the county, and visually count homeless persons from 5:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. (on one or both days)
2.) Volunteers are required to have a vehicle.
3.) Volunteers may be required to walk a portion up to two miles of the census route.
4.) Volunteers will be required to attend a one hour training prior to count day.
