The City of San José and Pacific Gas & Electric Company have joined forces through Silicon Valley Energy Watch (SVEW) to help Silicon Valley take advantage of cost-saving energy-efficient technologies. Currently an information-only program, SVEW connects professionals, businesses, and residents to the broad range of audits, rebates, and technical support available to help them save energy and save money. Summer Energy Efficiency Outreach  
The Silicon Valley Energy Watch provides energy efficiency classes, event booths, and table-top presentations, customized to the needs of your community or organization. We can provide information on energy efficiency, renewables, and green building at home or in the workplace, as well as references to the many rebate programs for which you may be eligible.  Email energy@sanjoseca.gov.

This brief workshop for residents will give you tips on easy ways to save energy and money at home, as well as an overview of programs from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and the City of San José. No advance registration is required and snacks will be provided. Download the flyer.
