- The best place to start in the Bike
Park is the Beginner Pump Track and the Skills Trail. The Pump Track is a
small looped track made of dirt with rollers and berms to ride on. The
features are small enough that your little one can accomplish them and
gain confidence. The skills trail is a half mile loop around the park
which features obstacles ranging from beginner to expert. All riding
features have a ‘ride around’ option so that your little one can make
the choice to take on the feature or not. One lap of the skills trail
generally takes 2-5 minutes to ride.
- The best place to
start in the Skate Park is the Puddles and the Street Course. The
puddles are a set of three small concrete bowls, 3” in depth. These
micro sized bowls are popular for beginners as they are right next to
the main strip of outdoor tables for parents to watch...and enjoy some
wifi. The street course helps teach your child the fundamentals of
transferring their weight as the slopes go up and down throughout the
park.
