Review and discussion of the various recommendations and key issues contained in various reports relating to the San Jose Police Department;
Council consideration of recommendations from the City Manager, Police Department, Independent Police Auditor (IPA) and/or Human Rights Commission (HRC);
Presentation on police oversight models and national trends; and,
