AVICHAI YOTAM , Program Performance Auditor II
Avi has served as a program performance auditor since June 2008. Prior to joining the Office of the City Auditor, he worked for the California Bureau of State Audits where he audited California’s management of various federal grants, and emergency preparedness, flood protection, Medicaid, and social services programs.
Avi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
