Jazmin LeBlanc, Senior Program Performance Auditor
Jazmin has served as a program performance auditor since September 2006, during which time she has worked on a variety of projects including service efforts and accomplishments reporting and audits of pensionable time reporting and debt management. Prior to joining the Office of the City Auditor, she worked in the City of Chicago Mayor's Office implementing a city-wide performance management system. She also conducted research for Sound Transit, a regional transit agency in Washington State, to recommend efficient and effective fare structures for a new Seattle-area regional light rail system.
Jazmin holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
