JAZMIN LEBLANC, Program Performance Auditor II

Jazmin has served as a program performance auditor since September 2006. Prior to joining the Office of the City Auditor, she worked in the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office implementing a city-wide performance management system. She also conducted research for Sound Transit, a regional transit agency in Washington State, to recommend efficient and effective fare structures for a new Seattle-area regional light rail system.

Jazmin holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, the Institute for Internal Auditors, and the Association of Local Government Auditors.
