AUDITOR'S OFFICE STAFF

 
LYNDA FLORES BROUCHOUD , Senior Program Performance Auditor

Lynda joined the City Auditor’s Office in 1999 after a management fellowship with the City Manager’s Office. Lynda’s prior experience includes work in the areas of non-profit, banking, accounting, and other local government.

Since 1999, Lynda has worked on several audits, including an audit of the Environmental Services Pretreatment Source Control Program, which won the Association of Local Government’s Knighton Award, evaluation of the City Hall Building Security, which won a Special Project Award, and audits of the City’s vehicle utilization programs and grant funding of a community non-profit organization, both of which won honorable mentions for the Knighton Award.

Lynda has a Master in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley where she graduated with high honors. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Local Government Auditors.
