The following graph displays the actual and forecasted Construction (C&C) Tax receipts from 1988 to 2004. The Construction and Conveyance Tax received declined steadily from 1989 through the end of the last recession in 1994. The economic boom of the last several years has resulted in receipts of this tax reaching historical levels in recent years. Receipts are anticipated to slowly taper off over the five years of the Adopted Capital Improvement Budget.
