The Building and Structures Fee Schedule 2009-2010 contains a list of ALL the fees and taxes collected by the Building Division. This is a 38 page PDF document.

• Fee Estimate Application Form  -Includes Plan Check, Permit, and Inspection Fee

• Development Construction Taxes -Taxes due at Permit Issuance
  • School Fees – Collected by each School District prior to Building Permit issuance

  • Recycling Deposit – CDDD - Due with Building or Demolition Permits (refundable)
