    Impress your friends, communicate with neighbors or prepare for travel. King Library is offering a Spanish Conversation Class. Come join us to learn simple words and phrases. Drop-ins welcome. Class will be held on the 3rd floor, at King Library, in Room 390. Spanish is spoken by over 500 million people throughout the world.     SIREN will have an attorney and a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) certified representative to give free legal consultation to people with immigration issues/concerns. We can help you read documents, check for eligibility for immigration benefits, and explain the immigration process and how to navigate it. Drop ins are always welcome. It’s first come, first serve.

  1. Communications Hill Community Meeting

    August 28, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

    The Communications Hill 2 Project (approximately 320 acres) is the proposed development of the remainder of the Communications Hill Specific Plan approved by the City of San José in 1992.

    The project consists of up to 2,200 residential units, in a variety of configurations; up to 67,500 square feet of mixed-use commercial space, up to 1.44 million square feet of industrial park uses, public parks, trails, and a school site.
