Here, you can receive more information regarding city services or create an online account to manage your garbage and/or water accounts safely, securely, and conveniently — anytime, anywhere you have Internet access. E-BILLS:
We welcome you to take advantage of viewing, paying and tracking your e-Bills in one secure location. By clicking “Accept” on the E-payments and E-bills link, you will no longer be mailed paper bills for your garbage and/or water utilities, helping to keep more items out of the landfills. We appreciate your commitment to helping the environment by taking this step.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SERVICES:
Want to save time? Go out of town often? Always on the go and paying bills is the last thing on your mind? Take the worry out of paying your City of San Jose bill by setting up automatic payments. Just go to E-payments and E-bills on the main menu and click on My Payment Accounts. There you can set up a credit card, debit card or checking account. Then go to My Automatic Payments and set up the account to be paid automatically.
