CITY OF SAN JOSÉ FINANCING AUTHORITY

 

SAN JOSÉ, CALIFORNIA  TUESDAY, JUNE 29, 1999

 

The Financing Authority of the City of San Jose convened in regular session at 5:32 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.

 

Present: Board Members:         Chavez, Dando, Diaz, Diquisto, Fiscalini, LeZotte, Matthews, Powers, Shirakawa, Jr., Woody; Gonzales

 

               Absent: Board Members:          None.

 

GENERAL GOVERNMENT

 

2             Adoption of a resolution approving the Source and Use of Funds for FY 1999-2000 for the 9-Hole Golf Course Fund including the budget and appropriation of debt service for the City of San José Financing Authority 1997 Lease Revenue Series A (Golf Course Project) Bonds. (Finance)

Documents Filed: Memorandum from Treasurer of San José Financing Authority, John V. Guthrie, dated June 23, 1999, recommending the Board adopt said resolution.

 

Discussion/Action: Upon motion by Board Member Fiscalini, seconded by Board Member Diaz and unanimously carried Resolution No. SJFA-36, entitled: “A Resolution of the City of San José Financing Authority Approving the Sources and Uses of Funds for FY 1999-2000 For the 9-Hole Golf Course Fund”, was adopted. Vote: 11-0-0-0.

 

3             Adoption of a resolution approving the Source and Use of Funds for FY 1999-2000 for the Hayes Mansion Trust Fund including the budget and appropriation of debt service for the City of San José Financing Authority 1995 Lease Revenue Taxable Series A Bonds and the 1995 Lease Revenue Bonds, Tax-Exempt Series B. (Finance)

Discussion/Action: Upon motion by Board Member Powers, seconded by Board Member Fiscalini and unanimously carried, Resolution No. SJFA-37, entitled: “A Resolution of the City of San José Financing Authority Approving the Sources and Uses of Funds For FY 1999-2000 For the Hayes Mansion Trust Fund”, was adopted. Vote: 11-0-0-0.
