MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL

SAN JOSÉ, CALIFORNIA MONDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1999

The Council of the City of San Jose convened in Special Session at 12:00 p. m. at the Fairmont Hotel at 170 South Market Street, San José, California.

Present: Council Members: Chavez, Dando, Diaz, Diquisto, Fiscalini, LeZotte, Matthews, Powers, Shirakawa, Jr., Woody; Gonzales

Absent: Council Members: None.

Upon motion unanimously adopted, the City Council recessed to a Closed Session at 12:05 p.m. in the Board Room for the purpose of conducting Public Employment/ Public Employee Appointment, City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.

ADJOURNMENT

By unanimous consent, Council reconvened from the Closed Session and adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
