MINUTES OF THE

CITY OF SAN JOSÉ FINANCING AUTHORITY

SAN JOSÉ, CALIFORNIA TUESDAY, JUNE 11, 2002

The Financing Authority of the City of San José convened in regular session at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall.

Present: Council Members: Campos, Chavez, Cortese, Dando, Diquisto, LeZotte; Reed, Shirakawa Jr.; Williams, Yeager; Gonzales.

Absent: Council Members: None.

2 Adoption of a resolution authorizing certain designated officials to execute the First Supplemental Trust Agreement in connection with the City of San José Financing Authority's Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2000B (Tuers-Capitol Golf Course/Camden Park Refunding Project) in order to make technical corrections. (Finance)

Documents filed: Memorandum from Financing Director Scott P. Johnson, dated May 20, 2002, recommending adoption of said resolution.

Discussion/Action: Upon motion by Vice Mayor Shirakawa, Jr., seconded by Council Member Cortese, and unanimously carried, Resolution No. SJFA-54, entitled: “A Resolution of the Council of The City of San Jose Authorizing the Execution or a First Supplemental Trust Agreement in Connection with the Authority’s Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2000B (Tuers-Capitol Golf Course/Camden Park Refunding Project)”, was adopted. Vote 11-0-0-0.
