MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL

SAN JOSÉ, CALIFORNIA TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2003

The Council of the City of San José convened in adjourned regular session at 4:50 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall for a joint meeting with the Redevelopment Agency Board.

Present: Council Members - Campos, Chavez, Chirco, Cortese, Dando, Gregory, LeZotte, Reed, Williams, Yeager; Gonzales

Absent: Council Members - None.

7.1 Acceptance by the City Council and Agency Board of the disclosure of property interest by Board Member Cindy Chavez and direction that the disclosure be entered into the public minutes of the Agency Board meeting.

Documents Filed: None.

Discussion/Action: Upon motion by Vice Mayor Dando, seconded by Council Member LeZotte, the disclosure of property interest by Board Member Chavez was accepted and direction given that the disclosure be entered into the public minutes of the Agency Board meeting. Vote: 10-0-0-1. Disqualified: Chavez.

ADJOURNMENT

The Council of the City of San José and the Redevelopment Agency Board adjourned the Joint Redevelopment Agency Council meeting at 4:52 p.m.
