Planning staff originally requested that the City Council set a public hearing on the evening of August 7, 2001, for consideration of a series of ordinances of the City of San Jose rezoning properties from the current zoning to A Agriculture, CP Commercial Pedestrian, and OS Open Space as a result of the newly adopted Zoning Code. Due to a conflict with National Night Out, the evening City Council meeting on August 7, 2001 has been cancelled. Planning staff requests that the City Council set a public hearing for this same item on August 14, 2001, at 7:00 p.m.
