At the Committee’s meeting on June 23rd, staff will present a briefing on housing production efforts in San Jose.  The presentation will provide an overview of City policies and processes for supporting the development of affordable housing units, housing development in Redevelopment Project Areas, and current market rate housing development activity.  Staff from the Housing Department, Planning, Building and Code Enforcement and the Redevelopment Agency will be available to answer questions.
