Task Force
The Phase II Final Report Transmittal Subcommittee drafted recommended transmittal memorandum to accompany the Sunshine Reform Phase II Recommendations that were forwarded to the City Council.
Public Records
The Public Records Subcommittee developed recommendations for the Sunshine Reform Ordinance to define what information was considered public information or a public record.  This section of the ordinance also established timelines and other rules governing how the City should respond to a request for a public record. Administration & Accountability
The Administration and Accountability Subcommittee examined ways to administer the Sunshine Ordinance and proposed a framework to the Sunshine Reform Task Force for providing the needed level of accountability. Past Agenda and Action Minutes Past Meeting Schedule
Ethics & Conduct
The Ethics and Conduct Subcommittee developed recommendations for the Sunshine Reform Ordinance that identified issues related to the ethics and conduct of elected officials and the entire City staff as well as the public's knowledge and perception of ethics at City Hall. Technology
