The Sunshine Reform Task Force has completed the first
phase of its work recommending measures to improve transparency in government
for the City of San Jose and the report is now available online. Phase One
of the Task Force's work covers three areas: 1) Public Meetings; 2) Closed
Sessions; and, 3) Public Information and Outreach. The Phase 1 Report &
Recommendations will go to the Rules & Open Government Committee for
consideration on May 30th.
