S U P P L E M E N T A L

 

SUBJECT:  C01-01-003.  CONFORMING REZONING of the property located at the southwest side of North Capitol Avenue, approximately 240 feet northerly of Berryessa Road (1155 North Capitol Avenue), from A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to CG-Commercial General Zoning District, to allow commercial uses on 9.32 gross acres. (SYUFY Enterprises, Owner/Developer).

COUNCIL DISTRICT: 4

 

A first reading of an ordinance to enact a conforming rezoning of the above-referenced property located will be heard by Council on October 2, 2001, under Item No. 11.7.  The second reading of this conforming rezoning ordinance is scheduled for Council consideration on October 16, 2001 under the Consent Calendar.

 

Since the time of the first reading of the ordinance, staff has received from the applicant a revised legal description and revised plat map for this project. Both of these items are attached for your reference. The revised legal description, is the official legal description for this rezoning and is a metes and bounds description. The revised map is the official map for this rezoning, and shows a bar scale not shown on the previous version of the plat map that was distributed to Council for the first reading of this ordinance.
