SUBJECT: STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD GRANT FOR SOUTH BAY WATER RECYCLING SILVER CREEK PIPELINE

REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL MEMO

The SWRCB grant and project cost allocations were reviewed and discussed with the San Jose/Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on November 10, 2003 at its regularly scheduled meeting. The TAC members recommended that the Cost Allocation Table be revised to reflect more discreet numbers and to more accurately portray the allocation of the Water District’s contribution to the Plant’s share of project costs. These changes have been incorporated into the revised table below. Therefore the table below was prepared to replace the similar table on page two (2) of the original memorandum.
