Adoption of a resolution initiating proceedings and setting December 4, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. for Council consideration on the reorganization of territory designated as Parker No. 23 which involves the annexation to the City of San Jose of 1.24 Gross Acres, located at the south side of Woodard Avenue approximately 110 feet easterly of Starview Drive and the detachment of the same from the Central Fire Protection District, West Valley Sanitation District.  A map showing the affected territory is attached.  CEQA:  EIR.
