REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL

Please drop Item 2.3 from the December 18, 2001 Council meeting until further notification. It has been determined that the proposed Emergency Vehicle Access Easement to be acquired from Hilltop Manor, Inc. needs to be extended to connect said easement to Sands Drive, a public street. As part of this extension, an additional easement must also be acquired from the adjacent property owner, First Baptist Church. In order to accomplish this, a new plat and legal description must be prepared for First Baptist Church while Hilltop Manor’s plat and legal description needs to be revised and the appraisal of the property updated to include these areas.
