The meeting was convened at 1:34 p.m.

Note:  Items were heard out of order.  Only two committee members were present to approve the reports.   

 

1.         Ordinance Amending Signage Regulations in Residential Areas (Planning, Building, & Code Enforcement)

 

Upon motion by Councilmember Chirco, and seconded by Chair Williams, the Committee unanimously accepted the staff report.

 

 

2.                  Discussion on items PBCE is implementing in the Zucker Implementation Study (Planning, Building, & Code Enforcement)

 

Upon motion by Councilmember Chirco, and seconded by Chair Williams, the Committee unanimously accepted the staff report.

 

 

3.         Review and discussion of housing production in San Jose (Housing, Planning, Building, & Code Enforcement)

4.         Policy discussion on sale of food and alcohol at gas stations  (Planning, Building, & Code Enforcement, City Attorney) [CROSS REFERENCE]

 

Upon motion by Councilmember Chirco, and seconded by Chair Williams, the Committee unanimously accepted the staff report.

 

5.         Convention Center Recovery Strategy  (Convention, Arts and Entertainment, Convention Visitors Bureau) [Deferral from 02-24-03 DSE Committee Meeting]
