SUBJECT: SALE OF FOOD AND ALCOHOL AT GAS STATIONS

On April 28, 2003 staff made a presentation to the Driving a Strong Economy Committee regarding the sale of food and alcohol at gas stations.

Upon Motion by Councilmember Chirco, seconded by Councilmember Williams, the Committee accepted the staff report and referred the item to the full Council to seek direction on whether an amended ordinance should be prepared.
