Executive Summary

April 21, 2003

a. Review of Driveway Team Policies (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement).

Upon motion of Councilmember Campos, seconded by Councilmember Chirco, the Committee accepted the Driveway Team Policies report.

a. Input on PRNS Reorganization (Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services).

Upon motion of Councilmember Campos, seconded by Councilmember Chirco, the Committee deferred this item to the May 19, 2003 Committee meeting.

c. Draft SNI Business Plan presentation (Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services).

Upon motion of Councilmember Chirco, seconded by Councilmember Campos, the Committee approved the draft SNI Business Plan report, with direction to staff to update the Committee in June on the accomplishments in the SNI areas.

d. Update on “Policy on Prioritization of Trails Projects” (Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services).

Upon motion of Councilmember Chirco, seconded by Councilmember Campos, the Committee accepted the report, with the directive to staff to provide an update on the “Policy on Prioritization of Trails Projects” at the June 19 Committee meeting. This presentation is to include:

· Project inventory;

· Funding sources;

· Near future deadlines; and

· Projects that need further investigating.
