Pursuant to State law, a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) will be established at each school district serving San José residents as part of the Safe School Campus Initiative. This will provide for collaborative effort to prevent, identify and control juvenile crime. Under State Law, confidential information may be exchanged between MDT members. The MDT agreements establish the protocol for the exchange of the confidential information. |
