REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL MEMO

 

This supplemental memo is to provide additional information in response to questions and comments that have been raised regarding the subject Council memo for reprographics services at City Hall.

 

1.      Under the “RECOMMENDATION” section, paragraph “a”, the contract term of one year starting September 1, 2003 is revised to a one year contract term starting as soon as possible after the space in the basement of the Health Building is fully vacated and the negotiation and execution of the agreement is complete.

 

2.      Under the “SUMMARY” section, it should be noted that Kinko’s proposal includes a provision that their contract pricing will be honored at any Kinko’s outlet. Therefore, if staff has a print request and there is a Kinko’s more conveniently located than City Hall, then that Kinko’s outlet will accept the City work-order and charge contract rates.
