fill out this form. You are able print this form out and mail it to us or you may fax us the Vehicle Abatement Complaint and Inquiry Report

For vehicles that are parked on the street and are:

• unused for 72 hours (3 days)
• unregistered for over 6 months
• inoperable (missing essential parts like engine, transmission, wheels, windshield)

For vehicles on private property:

• parked on an unpaved surface
• inoperable for over 72 hours(missing essential parts like engine, transmission, wheels, windshield)

The recording will ask for: (press 8 after each response)

• your name, address and telephone number
• the license plate number
• the address
• the closest cross street
• the color of the vehicle
• a description of the vehicle

A Vehicle Abatement Officer will respond to investigate on their next circuit through the district.
