CivicCenter TV – Cable Channel 26A/26
Tune in to the City’s government access channel for live broadcasts of City Council meetings and special programming. Meetings are replayed twice weekly. CivicCenter TV also features an electronic Bulletin Board, highlighting information about City programs and services. 3-1-1 - The Police Non-emergency Telephone Number
The non-emergency telephone number for the San José Police Department is 3-1-1. This is the number to call to report non-emergency police situations, such as noise disturbances, parking complaints, lost and found property and crimes NOT in progress. The San José Police Department encourages residents to use their own judgement when determining the nature of their situation. When in doubt, however, the Police Department recommends that residents call 9-1-1.

9-1-1 – The Number to Call for All Emergencies
In the event of a police, fire, or medical emergency, call 9-1-1. Trained personnel are available to help you, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
