What's New?

  • On April 22, 2008, the City Council accepted the Coyote Valley Task Force’s work and directed the General Plan Update 2040 Task Force to ensure that Coyote Valley is included in its citywide consideration of the jobs-housing holding capacity, with no change to the prerequisite conditions, and to assume that North Coyote will be built out under the existing entitlements.

  • On June 26, 2007 the City Council adopted the Mayor's memo. The City Council directed staff to "continue work on the CVSP and the EIR assuming existing Prerequisite Conditions (triggers)".

  • Please click on the following link to access the REVISED Notice of Availability (NOA) for the CVSP DEIR.  Please note that the initial 60-day public review period (March 30, 2007 to June 1, 2007) for the CVSP DEIR was extended to June 29, 2007.  During this time the City of San Jose accepted comments on the document.
