We have posted all comments we received prior to the close of the public comment period (5PM, June 29, 2007) for the Coyote Valley Specific Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report in a PDF format. Please note that the City is not legally obligated to respond in writing to comments submitted after the close of the public comment period as per California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines section 15207. City staff and consultants are currently reviewing all comments and will assess the need for any additional technical analysis and determine appropriate next steps.
