District 10 is a busy place and Nancy Pyle is always on the lookout for new and exciting projects to undertake. This page is dedicated to keeping you up to date on current projects through the use of the City of San Jose's Public Improvement Projects page for District 10. To access the P.I.P. page, just click on the P.I.P below, or read some helpful tips on how to use it just after the link!


  • Click on the link - you will be presented with a list of current projects which are active within District 10
  • Click on a project - A window with more information will appear.
  • Information on the screen includes:
    • Project Title
    • Council District
    • Location
    • Description
    • Phase
    • Contractor
    • Comments
  • This is followed by:
    • the City Division - the division which you might contact for further information
    • Project Manager - the individual in charge of the projet
    • Last date of review - the last time this project's online stats were updated.
  • At the bottom of the screen you will find:
    • Award date - the date which the project was approved
    • Construction Start date- the date upon which the project actually began
    • Beneficial Use date - the date upon which the project will be completed and available for your use
