Welcome to District 3

Welcome to District Three--the home of San José 's downtown and many of its most dynamic, diverse neighborhoods! Our district features most of San José's prominent cultural, entertainment, and artistic venues, in addition to San José State University, the Mineta International Airport, the HP Pavilion, the Guadalupe River Park and Gardens, and Spartan Stadium.  Don't overlook the treasures lying just outside of our downtown, either: the popular Japantown, several Spanish-speaking neighborhoods, a uniquely Latino business district on Willow Street, historic neighborhoods filled with colorful Victorian and craftsman homes, and vibrant Portuguese-, Vietnamese-, and Chinese- speaking communities.

Please contact us if you've got questions, issues, or concerns about our downtown and its surrounding neighborhoods (map).  We're all working hard to make the greatest American city even better.
