When you call or email, please provide the following information:

Address

Telephone contact number(s)

Email information

Subject

Comment/concern/question

Once you have called or emailed this office with the matter/issue:

A case will be created, and a case number assigned.  If you have email, a email will be sent to you with the case number.

If you do not have email, your request will receive a case number as well and be responded to.

The case number allows you to be able to see the status of your request on-line.

Your request will be reviewed by Councilmember Oliverio and District 6 staff for follow-up and response.
