Please keep in mind this is an outdoor event. We encourage you to decorate your table to add to your multicultural theme. We will provide a 6 foot table, 2 chairs and shade (by canopy).
Main entrance to Lake Cunningham Park is on S. White Road and proceed to Parking Lot B to unload your equipment. There will be people there to direct you.
Setup Hours: 7:00 - 9:30 AM
We ask that participants' setup be completed by 9:30 AM. Please note that absolutely no vehicles will be allowed on festival premises.
Day in the Park Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Takedown Hours: 4:00 - 6:00 PM
