Incumbents supervise Sr. Budget Analysts. This City-wide budget class differs from Sr. Analysts in other City departments both in level and focus of responsibilities. Sr. Analysts generally have a broader range of functions, and the scope of their budget responsibility is normally limited to one department. Sr. Administrative Officers generally have a broader scope of functions than Principal Budget Analysts who focus on City-wide budget matters.
