4th Annual Greenlight Earth Day Film Festival

4th Annual Greenlight Film FestivalThe City of San José, Palo Alto, and Sunnyvale are pleased to announce the 4th Annual Greenlight Earth Day Film Festival, a celebration of Earth Day featuring film projects that explore environmental citizenship and show how individual actions can reduce our environmental impact. Films featured are produced by local artists, with an emphasis on student-produced films. To view 2009 winning entries, visit the Peninsula Media Center’s website.

San José Go Green Schools Program

The San José Go Green Schools Program fosters school recycling and environmental stewardship in a parent- and community-driven process. Program staff are available to assist schools take first steps to creating the optimum healthy green learning environment.
