Describe the key activities involved in the project. Include information on where will the project will be conducted (e.g., school site, creek, field trip, solar project development etc.). Identify the project staff and describe the role they will perform in this project.

Describe specific measurable outcomes that will determine whether your project met its goals. What are your plans for measuring the overall success of this project as it pertains to youth education or other environmental objectives achieved over the course of the project?

Enter dollar amounts in dollars and cents (e.g. 25.79 or 25.00). If your project does not require the use of every field, enter "None" and "0.00" in the applicable field(s). Every field must be completed in order to be considered for the grant review process.




















Enter the total amount being requested for this project. This amount must be the sum of all project expenses detailed in $ Amt 1-10 above. If the total amount requested below does not equal the total project expenses itemized above, the application will not be considered for the grant review process.
