Industrial User Pretreatment Compliance Reports

These reports detail the San Jose/Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant’s compliance status with state and federal pretreatment program requirements. Information in the report covers the Plant’s influent, effluent and sludge monitoring results; inspection, sampling, and enforcement activities of all Significant Industrial Users discharging to the Plant. Two semi-annual reports and one annual report are submitted each year to the California State Regional Water Quality Control Board and US EPA Region 9.
