Best Management Practices for Fats, Oils & Grease (FOG)

Restaurants, grocery stores, delicatessens, cafes, coffee shops, cafeterias, and bakeries are inspected by Environmental Inspectors from the City of San José Environmental Services Department, Watershed Protection Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Program. A variety of best management practices are available to provide guidance for proper handling and maintenance of FOG at your facility.
