Urban Runoff Program Reports

The City of San José is one of 15 co-permittees to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for the Santa Clara Basin. The City’s Urban Runoff Management Plan, Work Plans, and Annual Reports document planned activities and accomplishments related to efforts undertaken to meet permit requirements.
