City Hall Facilities - Plaza

Description:  Plaza

• The open areas of the City Hall Plaza are available for outdoor events. The Plaza includes three event areas:

  • West Plaza – area located west of the Rotunda.
  • East Plaza – area located east of the Rotunda and closest to the Tower.
  • Bamboo Courtyard – area located on the southern edge of complex with one end of the space bordered by a planting area of Henon Bambo.

• The primary event space is the West Plaza although the Bamboo Courtyard is an ideal space for a pre-event reception or small dinner. No permits may be issued on the east Plaza during business hours.

• The capacities of the three areas of the Plaza are as follows:
