- The glass-domed Rotunda is a public gallery space stretching 110 feet high that serves as the ceremonial entryway for visitors to City Hall.
- The Rotunda’s design maximizes natural lighting and enhances the architectural quality of this major public space.
- The Rotunda interacts with the plaza through a series of operable glass doors, allowing an event to spill out into the plaza. A bounded area surrounding the Rotunda may be used in conjunction with events in the Rotunda.
- The main floor of the rotunda is circular and approximately 90 feet in diameter with a total area of 6,948 square feet. The floor finish is terrazzo.
- The Rotunda capacity ranges from 300-400 for standing receptions to 300-400 seated at dinners. When combined with the second floor Mezzanine the total seated capacity is 456 and the assembly capacity is 1,159.

Description: Rotunda Mezzanine
- Above the main floor of the Rotunda sits the Rotunda Mezzanine. An ideal space for smaller functions, the Rotunda Mezzanine affords views of the main floor of the Rotunda and overlooks the plaza from an exterior terrace.
- The floor of the Mezzanine is a crescent shaped space approximately 24 feet at its widest point with a total area of approximately 2,479 square feet.
- The Mezzanine capacity ranges from 88 seated at dinners to 166 for standing receptions.
- The total capacity of the outdoor terrace is 49.
