Education and Experience
Licensing Requirements: Positions in

Minimum
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of
supervision principles and practices.
Knowledge of
systems analysis practices and procedures.
Strong technical
knowledge of the specific technology to which the position is assigned.
Knowledge of
project cost/time estimating and project control reporting techniques.
Knowledge of a
variety of word processing and PC applications, including spreadsheet, data
management, and word processing programs.
Ability
to logically analyze and make recommendations concerning complex systems.
Ability to express
oneself clearly both orally and in writing.
Ability to
establish and maintain effective working relations with others.
Ability to train
others including other technical staff as well as end user personnel.
Ability to develop
and document comprehensive plans for systems development and implementation.
Ability to read and
draw schematic wiring diagrams and other technical documentation if assigned
to a communications position.
