QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of the theory, principles and practices of governmental budgeting and finance.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision and personnel management.
Knowledge of the principles, programs and practices of fiscal management.
Knowledge of the principles of management analysis and effective organizational design.
Ability to plan, organize and evaluate the activities of a major Budget Office unit.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to effectively select, train, motivate, and supervise professional staff.
Ability to work under stressful conditions for long hours.
Ability to operate effectively in a team oriented setting.
Ability to take the initiative and be creative in order to accomplish objectives.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to operate basic computer tools.
