Pre-Qualifying Your Clients

You, as the real estate professional, will be required to assist your client in completing the City’s paperwork. Therefore, you will pre-qualify your client based on the City’s Underwriting Guidelines. Please pay close attention to the City’s unique method of calculation household income shown on page 8.

After your client has an accepted, fully-executed purchase contract, you will be eligible to submit the completed the Primary Residence Loan Application and Checklist and Forms and Worksheets to the address below:
