For information on fees, please refer to the Planning Fee Schedule. Please be advised that full payment of fees is required for a complete application, and that no staff review of the application will begin until all fees are paid in full. If full payment of fees is not received within fourteen (14) calendar days of notice of application fees due, the application will be considered void. Staff will initiate a refund of all funds received minus the record retention fee, and a new application and full payment of fees will be required to proceed with a project.

Please be advised that appointments are generally required for Planning application submittals, and can be scheduled via this website through use of our Application Appointment System.  These appointments are conducted at the Planning and Development Services offices located in the third floor tower of City Hall.

However, requests handled exclusively by Development Services Center (first floor of City Hall) staff, including a Permit Adjustment, Public Information Letter, Single-Family House Permit, or Tree Removal, along with certain types of administrative permits, continue to be processed during regular service hours.
